You’ve probably heard the saying, “It takes 21 days to form a habit.” Unfortunately, it’s not quite that easy — research shows that habit forming, on average actually takes about 66 days.

Still, you have to start somewhere, and a 45-day lifestyle challenge is a great way to kick off a healthy new habit. 

45 DAYS TO A NEW YOU is designed to help you establish healthy habits at your own pace. 

Each group will serve as each other's accountability partner(s).  Did you know that having an accountability partner increases your chance of success by up to 95%!  We strive to make each group a safe place for participants to communicate and engage with each other.

The 45 DAYS TO A NEW YOU Challenge also includes group coaching as well as individual coaching by our Behavioral Change/Life Coach.  You will also get weekly meal tips with recipes AND live cooking demonstration where all participants cook a meal together.  Grocery list and cooking instructions will be provided in advance!  

Our challenges are designed to establish healthy habits by scheduling time for yourself.  It includes walking, healthy cooking and just making all around healthier choices in your life.

It's easy to put our own health on the back burner especially when life keeps getting in the way.  With work, family and other obligations most likely you haven't prioritized your own wellness.  Or maybe you the time and energy, buy you have no idea where to start.  WE UNDERSTAND! Most of us don't grow up learning this stuff.
